Fiscal Services Department

The Fiscal Services Department is responsible for managing the financial operations of the Rosemead School District with accuracy, transparency, and accountability. Our work ensures that every dollar entrusted to the district is used effectively to support student learning and success.

Fiscal Services oversees all areas of the district’s business operations, including:

  • Budget development and monitoring

  • Payroll and employee compensation

  • Accounts payable and receivable

  • Purchasing and contracts

  • Financial reporting and audits

  • Grant and categorical program accounting

  • State and federal compliance

Our team works collaboratively with district departments, schools, and the Los Angeles County Office of Education to ensure resources are properly allocated and managed. By maintaining sound financial practices, we help ensure that teachers have the tools they need, classrooms are equipped for learning, and programs that enrich student experiences remain strong and sustainable.
