Families who plan to disenroll from the Rosemead School District because they are moving outside of the district are strongly encouraged to complete the Intent to Disenroll form below. Submitting this form helps ensure your student’s school records are accurately and promptly forwarded to the correct new school district, allowing for a smooth transition.
