Tuesday, October 19: SSC/ELAC Meeting #1

Thank you families for nominating and voting for our SSC and ELAC representatives. All candidates on the ballot are officially elected to represent our community and participate in our first SSC/ ELAC meeting this Tuesday, October 19 at 2:30pm via Zoom. This is a public meeting and anyone can attend.

Tuesday, October 19: Superintendent’s Community Forum

Please join us via Zoom for our Superintendent’s Community Forum on Tuesday, October 19 at 6:30 p.m. Superintendent Ruvalcaba will share updates regarding our safety protocols, COVID-19 testing, and COVID-19 vaccinations. There will also be plenty of opportunities to ask questions and provide feedback.

Wednesday, October 20: Late Start Wednesday

This Wednesday, October 20th, is a late start day. Gates open at 9am for breakfast. Please arrive by 9:20 am. 

 

Thursday, October 21: CA Great Shake-Out Drill

The California Great ShakeOut is happening this Thursday, October 21 at 10:21 am. We encourage all families to have a discussion about what to do as a family at home in the event of a natural disaster, like an earthquake or fire. 

 

Friday, October 22: Picture Day and Popcorn Fundraiser Ends

Dress to impress this Friday, October 22 for Fall Picture Day! We expect all students to adhere to our dress code by wearing short or long sleeve tops, bottoms that extend past the fingertips and closed toe shoes. 

 

The popcorn fundraiser ends this Friday, October 22. Please submit your envelope with money to the office or return it to your child’s teacher. Thank you so much for supporting our PTA. All proceeds go back to benefiting our students.
