Sunday Message 10/24/2021

Good evening, Encinita Leaders.

This is your principal, Dr. Chang, with your Sunday Night Message for the week of October 25, 2021.

This week is Red Ribbon Week!

Our student Lighthouse Team coordinated spirit week to remind us every day to be drug and bully free.

Monday, October 25: Stand up to drugs and wear red.

Tuesday, October 26: Don’t get caught sleepy and say “no” to drugs. Wear your pajamas that are school appropriate.

Wednesday, October 27: Crazy mask day. Be creative with your face mask like writing a message or drawing what it means to be drug and bully free.

Thursday, October 28: Sock it to drugs. Wear mismatched or crazy socks.

Friday, October 29: Scare drugs away. Wear your costume to school.

Tuesday, October 25: PTA Board Meeting

Please join us at 7pm via Zoom for our monthly PTA Board Meeting.

Friday, October 29: Costume Parade/ Fall Festivities

This Friday, October 29 is our Book Character Costume Parade and Pumpkin Carving Contest. Please refer to the flyer that went home for more details. Thank you for your generous donations of prepackaged treats and non-edible goodies for our Trick-or- Treat activity on campus. Thank you for understanding that at this time, visitors are not allowed on campus. We will take plenty of photos and videos to share with you.

I look forward to seeing you on campus. Have a productive week.
