District Benefit Contributions are the portion of funds applied to your annual benefit selections on a tenthly basis. When an employee's mandatory benefit selections exceed the District's contribution amount, the employee is responsible for paying the difference through a payroll deduction. However, if an employee's benefit selections are less than the District's total contribution, the employee may receive a Benefit Rebate in their paycheck.
District Contributions are prorated for employees who work less than full-time in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreements.
