    2019 BOARD OF TRUSTEES' MEETING SCHEDULE

    1st & 3rd Thursday of month with exceptions as noted below:
    Closed Session:  6:30 p.m. / Public/Open Session:  7:30 p.m.
    Reconvene Closed Session after the completion of open session agenda items, 
    if it is necessary to complete the closed session agenda.

  • 2019 Board of Trustees meeting calendar is subject to change. Special Meetings may be scheduled at any
    time following The Brown Act posting requirements. Visit www.rosemead.k12.ca.us to view the agenda,

    *Exceptions include, not limited to:

    • January 2019 – scheduled the 3rd Thursday only to avoid Winter Break.
    • June 2019 – due to LCFF Public Hearings and Budget Adoption.
    • July & August 2019 – no meetings scheduled; special meetings will be scheduled as needed.
    • November 2019 - to avoid Thanksgiving Week.
    • December 2019 – Organizational meeting as per Education Code.
