    2021 BOARD OF TRUSTEES' MEETING SCHEDULE

    1st & 3rd Thursday of month with exceptions as noted below:
    Closed Session:  6:30 p.m. / Public/Open Session:  7:30 p.m.
    Reconvene Closed Session after the completion of open session agenda items, 
    if it is necessary to complete the closed session agenda.

  • 2021 Board of Trustees meeting calendar is subject to change. Special Meetings may be scheduled at any
    time following The Brown Act posting requirements. Visit www.rosemead.k12.ca.us to view each agenda,
    for date and location updates, or contact (626) 312-2900 x212 or email cbracamonte@rosemead.k12.ca.us.

    *Exceptions include, not limited to:

    • January 2021 – scheduled the 3rd Thursday only to avoid Winter Break.
    • June 2021 – due to LCFF Public Hearings and Budget Adoption.
    • July 2021 – no meetings scheduled; special meetings will be scheduled as needed.
    • August 2021 - meeting scheduled to prepare for the beginning of the school year.
    • December 2021 – Organizational meeting as per Education Code, Interim Report due to County by 15th.
