    2023 BOARD OF TRUSTEES' MEETING SCHEDULE

    1st & 3rd Thursday of month with exceptions as noted below:
    Closed Session:  6:30 p.m. / Public/Open Session:  7:30 p.m.
    Reconvene Closed Session after the completion of open session agenda items, 
    if it is necessary to complete the closed session agenda.

MINUTES

  • 2023 Board of Trustees meeting calendar is subject to change. Special Meetings may be scheduled at any
    time following The Brown Act posting requirements. Visit www.rosemead.k12.ca.us to view each agenda,
    for date and location updates, or contact (626) 312-2900 x212 or email cbracamonte@rosemead.k12.ca.us.

    *Exceptions include, not limited to:

    • January 2023 – scheduled the 3rd Thursday only to avoid Winter Break.
    • April 2023 –  scheduled the 3rd Thursday due to Spring Break.
    • June 2023 – scheduled the 4th & 5th Thursdays due to LCFF Public Hearing and Budget Adoption.
    • July 2023 – no meetings scheduled; special meetings will be scheduled as needed.
    • December 2023 – Annual Organizational meeting with the administration of the Oath of Office after the 2nd Friday as per Education Code and Interim Report is due by the 15th to County.
