*Current Rosemead School District DLI parents do not need to attend the meeting.*

Step One
Determine if this is the right program for your child.

Step Two
Attend an informational meeting.

Step Three
Complete a program interest form.  The deadline is March 24th, 2023, for the 2023-2024 school year. 

**Kindergarten parent acceptance notifications will be mailed on March 31st, 2023**

All interest forms received after the deadline will be placed on a waiting list in the order received.

Step Four
The ideal class includes native Mandarin-speaking students as well as bilingual Spanish/Cantonese/Vietnamese/other, and English only.  

Enrollment for the DLI classes will be determined by the following selection criteria:

*First come, first serve
*Encinita Students
*District Students
*Out of District Students
*Lottery

Siblings of DLI students will be given priority.
